Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump is dishonest about a whole lot of things. But he is rarely as comprehensively dishonest as he has been about his dealings with Ukraine and the impeachment inquiry they have triggered.
Relentless deceit has seemed to be his primary defense strategy in the court of public opinion. Trump has made false claims about almost every separate component of the story, from his July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the whistleblower who complained about the call to Democrats' impeachment inquiry hearings.
The President is dissembling about so many different topics at once that it can be difficult to keep track of what is true and what isn't. To help you fight Trump-induced dizziness, here are brief fact checks of 45 separate false claims Trump has made on the subject of Ukraine or impeachment.

In August 2001, Trump changed his party affiliation to Democratic.
Sounds like a dig at the forty-fifth president, that number.

THE BOY THAT CRIED WOLF is a morality tale. It is a warning about lying, in this case by crying “wolf” when there were no wolfs around. Then, when a wolf did show and the boy cried “wolf” no one responded.
Every news outlet should study that story.
Since the day Trump announced he was running, the media told lies about the man, took what he said out of context, and treated jokes as if he was making policy.
So those that agree with them will continue to agree with him, those that can see for themselves what President Trump has accomplished in three years will just ignore them.
In other words, they have no credibility (and no influence). No one took it from them, they gave it up willingly.

The Commie “News” Network simply puts words in President Trump’s mouth and then claims they are lies.
Last count I had, it was 1,384,203,372,503,273,372,042 ways.
Or maybe I just saw that on another msm station.
I have to go to the grocery store and bribe one of the cashiers to let me take stuff out the door.
They are just trying to convince themselves that they are right. After the emotional near-hysterical display yesterday, most people are realizing, if they hadn’t already, that this is just a democrat/media inspired show trial.
I’d rather hear Simon & Garfunkle sing “Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover”; there would be a lot more truth in it!
It should read: ".... Fact check: A list of 45 ways Trump CNN has been dishonest about Ukraine and impeachment...."
That one small correction, changes it from fake news to real news.

CNN and “fact” should not appear in the same sentence.
Think of how many CNN staffers had to take their shoes off to count enough toes and fingers to get up to 45.
