CNN)President Donald Trump met with Attorney General William Barr and White House counsel Pat Cipollone in an Oval Office meeting Thursday afternoon in which the so-called Horowitz report came up in conversation, two sources told CNN. The animated discussions were captured by TV crews outside the Oval Office on the South Lawn of the White House awaiting the President's departure for Louisiana. Trump held a campaign rally in Louisiana ahead of Saturday's gubernatorial election in that state.

I think Rudy is the focus here. And despite all the naysayers here pooh poohing this, this is not good. A POTUS does not have a sitdown with counsel and communication people while delaying an appearance for good news. Good news can be discussed on AF1. You don’t need counsel to come to an unscheduled Oval Office mtg with the AG for good news.
Communication staff and Mulvaney followed the meeting. This is roll out of arrests... APB on flight risks (like, Comey to New Zealand) that sort of thing. Marshals tasked all over for arrests.
SDNY is run by Barr— he can pull them off Rudy with a simple phone call. Rudy was acting as the President’s appointed emissary (even as he was publicly stating he was his private attorney- which may, or may not even be, true, for the sake of the public press needing to believe it.) All orchestrated.

He was probably “off” this afternoon, because of that stunt the Shreveport mayor pulled, by withdrawing his police department from providing security for the rally, which thing had already been previously agreed to do.

Schiller was NYPD .... contrary to what the MSM/Left would have you believe, Donald J Trump is/was very well liked by the men and women in uniform in NYC ... like the recent story about him stroking a check for the Veteran’s Day Parade, he was generous to NYCs uniformed services ... his very vocal and demonstrated support for law enforcement and first responders, has only emboldened and increased that support .... who are the people he makes a B-line to when he gets off of AF1? cops and firemen ....

Weiner’s case, that sent him to prison was the result of an NYPD investigation .... the unit that NYPD has for computer forensics, etc is TARU ... TARU got into Weiner’s laptop .... TARU found clintons emails on the laptop ... apparently the laptop was handed over to FBI, where it is, no one knows, right?

So .... back to Schiller .... would it be safe to say that they computer nerds in TARU were able to copy ALL of the hard drive and not leave a trace? Is that possible? ... I’m not a computer guy or hacker, but one of the things I’ve heard throughout all this nonsense to blame the Russians is, hackers can mask their intrusions and make it look like it came from someone/somewhere else ... if they can do that, is it safe to say that they can get in and out without leaving a trace?
Soo .... back to Schiller again .... would it be safe to say that given the Presidents favorability with NYPD cops .... given that Schiller probably hires a bunch of them for things in and around the Trump family, prior to them getting SS protections .... given that she is hated by so many ....

My guess is that Barr got the executive summary and that it has significant stuff in it. Probably he warned Trump NOT to talk about it at the rally lest it damage any DOJ cases, if there are any.
This alone would throw Trump “off.”

Barr briefed Trump—(who has full clearance for the report— minus redactions btw— both of them, and then Trump and Mulavaney put out the “response” for the communication people-to provide a solid firewall. You have it, i think.
Yes. The man has played poker... a lot and was practiced in his delivery live. No “tells”... except imho the phrasing, which was directed about Saturday’s Louisiana governor’s race get out the vote. It’s in the transcript or watchable— something to the effect of how important this weekend will be in the history of our Republic and democracy—then interpreted as “Louisiana showing the country how America First they are— voting for Eddie Rispone and getting rid of the Socialists”.
It was sober— direct statements and effective. Sen. Kennedy was phenomenal-— “If your tired of CRAPPY— get rid of Bell Edwards” and the entire down list on the election ballot of dem socialists, and sanctuary city (New Orleans) types.
Interesting rear view mirror by POTUS in the future looking back at today talking about this weekend’s importance.
