Well Gov, if you had any conviction you would cancel the Christmas holiday in the state of Wisconsin for all government workers. We know that Christmas holiday comes from the Christian faith so live up to your conviction and cancel all of the Christmas holiday in Wisconsin for everybody.

My understanding is that the word “holiday”, is a contraction of the words “holy” and “day”.
So when someone calls it a “holiday” tree, the correct response is to inform and question.
“You know holiday is the short form of holy day, so what holy day is this tree celebrating?

The tree went up a week after Halloween and 20 days before Thanksgiving. If that doesn’t make it a holiday tree then what does?
