White House counselor Kellyanne Conway confronted CNN's Wolf Blitzer on live television Thursday after he played footage of her husband criticizing President Trump and Republicans as part of MSNBC's coverage of the impeachment hearing the day before.
Conway accused CNN of "embarrassing" itself by playing the remarks from frequent Trump critic George Conway, suggesting it was only doing so in a bid to drive ratings and make her look bad.
Blitzer then told Conway he had a “final question” for her.
“It’s a sensitive question and it’s a political question. It’s a substantive question," Blizter says. "I don’t want to talk about your marriage, I know there are issues there. Your husband, George Conway, is a lawyer —”

I like KellyAnne but it is a legitimate question at this point. She needs to come up with a better response (which is to bat her husband over the head).
I’m wondering if this is why Stephanie Grisham is becoming more front and center than Conway
I saw Stephanie last night and really liked her intelligence, and articulate point of view....and she has no insufferable George anywhere

Hmmm. I think it was quite effective to refer to the former CNN. I connected with what she said. Anyone who watched CNN pioneer cable news would have to agree with her no matter their political affiliation.
It’s true that they never ask tough questions of the left. I get that. But that bloody husband of hers is taking her off message. She’s needs a strategy to handle this besides blaming the messenger.
When I was young I always said that if my future wife and I did not get along we would move to opposite coasts and live apart. Divorce is not an option short of life threatening physical abuse. And now here is where the pompous jerk tells you he has been happily married for 45 years.
