White House counselor Kellyanne Conway confronted CNN's Wolf Blitzer on live television Thursday after he played footage of her husband criticizing President Trump and Republicans as part of MSNBC's coverage of the impeachment hearing the day before.
Conway accused CNN of "embarrassing" itself by playing the remarks from frequent Trump critic George Conway, suggesting it was only doing so in a bid to drive ratings and make her look bad.
Blitzer then told Conway he had a “final question” for her.
“It’s a sensitive question and it’s a political question. It’s a substantive question," Blizter says. "I don’t want to talk about your marriage, I know there are issues there. Your husband, George Conway, is a lawyer —”

In general, I would agree. In this particular case, Kellyanne is the most clearly effective and clearly loyal person on President Trump's staff. I am 100% certain that her only agenda is to support our President, and I cannot say that about very many people in Washington DC. Her departure would hurt Trump, which could be catastrophic for America, and I am grateful that she is staying. As for her husband, if she leaves him once President Trump leaves office, I would say he richly deserves it. If they are able to patch things up, that will be wonderful too (and an impressive display of forgiveness on her part).
Maybe neither was married at the time. I don't know.
It's "dating" if you like a politician and "an affair" - or something worse - if you don't.
Kamala Harris has some free time now, so maybe we could talk with her about it.

I agree! The only reason they had George on there was to talk smack about our President. It’s the President’s call about what Mrs Conway is or isn’t doing for his administration.
It’s none of our business about what goes on in their marriage. Kellyanne seems to be making it work as she’s been doing a bang up job! In stead of talking smack, maybe we should be praying for her and her children.

First, Wolf Blitzer is despicable. The only time I enjoy seeing is blathering face is in all those montages of him calling “Trump wins (state)” while “In the Hall of the Mountain King” plays merrily in the background.
But seriously, my worst hell I could imagine is to be married to someone who is not ideologically on board with my own world view, and that’s at my own low-level influence on the local neighborhood or city. (I refused to use the term “community” in any context from now on as the word is now closer to it’s communist roots than the normal American definition of “group of people with individual rights.”) For someone at the high Trumpian-level of global influence, such disharmony in marriage is outright non-understandable. I once was mesmerized with the beauty of a woman in my younger years who spouted the most idiotic things about the environment, but even then, a more permanent relationship other than a long weekend in then-safe Acapulco was completely out of the question.
