How can Schiff get tough with Senator Paul, neglecting the fact that Paul is a Senator and not under House jurisdiction?

Schiff doesn’t even know if Rand named the right guy as the whistle-blower, according to today’s testimony. Schiff said he did not know the identity of the whistle-blower.

That is so unbelievable, given that Ciarmella’s name was accidentally left on some of the impeachment committee’s documents a few days ago.

If I read the statement correct. Sen Paul attacked the flank rather than frontal assault. He indicated that an individual named Ciarmella was a material witness in the Hunter Biden affair because of close association.

By using the name Ciarmella, the alleged whistle blower is kept in the news and we learn there is in fact a bigger kettle of hot water with fish in it. The Ciarmella corruption thus supersedes and replaces the telephone call hoax where the name is taboo.

The press can now use the name with impunity discussing Rand Paiuls assertions

So, perhaps committee hearings should be run with swearing in those being deposed... AND!!!!!!!

Those doing the questioning. In fact, it should be something that's automatic with congresscritters, who would be advised that, they too cannot lie or deflect or be dishonest or deceive to save their own skins. Far too many of those in congress are more crooked than the people they pass judgement against.
