GOP Senate hasn’t called a single witness, on anything.
Graham promised it would be the first thing he did, after becoming Chairman.
He said a week ago that neither Biden should be called as a witness, and he didn’t think Trump was looking at the situation correctly. He said they wouldn’t be called, no matter what Trump says.

Senator, Lindsey Graham, you are right on the money...the entire country should totally boycott TV and “Ice” this scam by traitors, Democrats, Pelosi, Schiff and their lock-step TV media. Do it, folks!!!
Graham promised hearings after the Kavanaugh episode last year, none have happened.
He’s too busy working on amnesty.
He is not alone. I won’t watch at all. It will all be Theater. I just want the Dimocraps to get it done and send it to the Senate. I will watch that. However, I don’t think they will actually Impeach much less convict. It is all election year “red meat” for the base. They will drag it on and then either just before or just after they will decide to drop the inquiry and vote to Censure the President.
That is only my $0.02 and what do I know way out here in the Bleacher Seats.
Hell, Lindsey Graham will be too damned busy avoiding doing away with the Blue Slip process which his DemocRAT buddies use to block Trump’s District Court Judge nominees.
Who is going to watch this? Back in the ‘70s, I remember Watergate hearings were on all the channels, pre-empting the game shows I watched (Eye Guess, Concentration, Joker’s Wild) and also the soap operas on the other channels. Unless you wanted to watch “My Little Margie” or “Hazel” on the non-network channels, it was Watergate hearings or nothing.
Now, you have a handful of cable news channels, PBS and CSPAN, with the news channels spending 90% of the time with voice-overs telling us what we couldn’t hear. Combined, these channels will get 5% of the daytime audience when up against “The Price is Right”, “Young and the Restless”, NetFlix and 24 hour sports channels, etc.
Of that 5%, 80% will be people who already have a formed opinion. So, the main reason for the showing is not for the showing, but for an excuse to generate news stories in the regular news programs, headlines for newspapers and web sites, sorghum for the talking heads to chew on... with nothing to move the public opinion needle very much.
Finally, the fact that it is a nothing-burger is enough for Trump supporters to once again demonstrate that this is a waste of time.
And so it is. A mediocre football team may run the ball repeatedly, even though few yards are gained, with the idea of running the clock down before the other guy can take the field and strike back. They stay on offense, no matter how ridiculous, with the help of complicit enablers, because they dare not be placed on defense.

I watched this tonight. Once again Little Linda Grahamnesty avoided Hannity’s questions. And, once again, Hannity did his best to ask Linda what will YOU do about this without pressuring Linda much at all.
Linda will do nothing but pass the buck. And, Hannity will not press Linda on this. Hannity seems far more interested in “Getting the Interview” than pressuring Linda to finally take a stand.
Linda, for “his” part tossed the ball into his “esteemed colleagues” court. Taking absolutely NO responsibility himself. But, not hesitating to put the burden on others to do something.
His “colleagues” will do no more than Linda will. These pathetic excuses for men will simply play this out for time.
Hoping that WE are so short of memory and so lacking in OPTIONS that when they are up for re-election we have no choice but to AGAIN vote them into office.
This my friends is their never-ending gambit. It is what they count on.

However , if you believe your fantasy world of Kumbaya will ever happen in this current climate of “Get Rid of President Trump at all Costs”, no matter what it takes has any room for your Kumbaya dreams you live in a Fantasy Land.
The World you remember no longer exists. So, now you have to take a stand. I sympathize with you to an extent.
My dad came from a different world and he too held out hope for a coming together as Americans.

They will drag it on... and then... decide to drop the inquiry and vote to Censure the President...
A different line of reasoning from the conventional wisdom. All scenarios should be considered.
At this point I have to go with the conventional wisdom. The rats went all in on impeachment. Problem for them is all they have is a pair of douches.
