Alan Dershowitz has filed a federal defamation claim against Virginia Giuffre, attacking as maliciously false her assertion that she was sexually trafficked to the famed Harvard professor by Jeffrey Epstein when she was a minor.
Dershowitz says he had never even met Giuffre, much less had sex with her.
It is a counterclaim to Giuffre’s own defamation lawsuit against him, which says Dershowitz has repeatedly and falsely branded her a liar for accusing him of using her for sex.

Among the Epstein friends she says she was instructed to have sex with were Dershowitz and Prince Andrew, both of whom vehemently deny it.

Not without an indication that the woman just might be telling the truth. And seeing as Dershowitz flew on Epstein’s private jet (the ‘Lolita Express’), I’d say that’s a good indication.
That’s not enough to convict Dershowitz, of course. Maybe he had no idea what Epstein was up to. But I personally would find that hard to believe.
I believe her also, because the Dersch is a DEMOCRAT!
All involved including Hillary are currently searching for second and third copy evidence not already cleaned before announcing future plans. The scouring is at frenzy pace.

Her accusations do not pass the smell test. Randy Andy is a given fact. Dersh is being portrayed as collateral damage, but in reality he is the main target because of his recent writings on the Trump issues.
One look at Dershowitz is enough for me to believe her.
True. But he's also been the one prominent dem who has been intellectually honest and said that Trump has been a victim of an illegal witch hunt. So the machine has a reason to destroy him.
That said, I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the victim here. This isn't a case of "he said, she said". This is a case of "known pedophile was known to be trafficing women including this one to prominent people and he was there". That's not good for Dersh.
Could be, but he has also been supportive of President Trump; which could be the reason he is being attacked as he is.

Also because Derschowitz LOVES Hillary, and is thrilled to say so every time he gets a chance. If his involvement with Epstein is a thing, then logic will take a sane person to Clinton’s involvement with Epstein. When one’s name comes up, the other’s name is in the same sentence.
Derschowitz has every reason to deny and fight this to protect himself and his wonderful Clintons.
No he is supportive of the constitution. He is and calls himself a liberal Democrat.
Giuffre was f*llating some guy there on the island, and the Dersh was having a conversation with him, the whole time.
And it was like he had sought it out, the tabboo transgression part of it.
That’s totally aside from the allegation that the Dersh effed one or some of these underage girls.
His forward defense —it’s vintage Dersh.
It's a rhetorical question. Our major networks have no problems with child rapists anymore.
I would not put it past these evil dirtbags to include one prominent person (like Dershowitz) who they know is NOT guilty so he can publicly fight it and then use it to discredit all the rest of the people she accused.
I’m not saying whether he is or not.
I am just saying everything is a ‘tactic’ with them.
Dershowitz must want to be deposed .
If Dershowitz wins it will crush a lot of complaints.

LOL ...... I look at Dersh, and think of him as one who hasn't been too much "interested" in the ladies in years (but who knows).
