Four psychiatrists and several medical professionals in various fields say they are volunteering to advise Democrats that President Trump is not qualified to be president.
The team's offer was announced by Bandy Lee, a psychiatrist from Yale.
"We think that hearing about mental health aspects in the context of the impeachment hearings is critical, partly because, for the past 2.5 years we have been very deeply concerned about mental instability of the president, and pretty much all that we have said has born (sic) out to be true," said Lee, the Washington Examiner reported.
The team includes four psychiatrists, a clinical neuropsychologist, a neurologist and an internist.
They are volunteering to "consult privately" with members of Congress and the 2020 Democratic candidates, the report said.
Some medical association ethics codes discourage or even ban doctors from discussing or diagnosing people they have not met with personally, but Lee and others discarded the concern.

And, only terminally delusional TDS sufferers would think that their opinions about a president elected by 63.5 MILLION Americans should be countermanded by their opinions.
Guarantee those “doctors” will vote for Biden who has no clue where he is on any given day.
And which of these “doctors” have examined President Trump, which is the only LEGAL way to provide a diagnosis?
Maybe they stayed at a Holiday Inn last night making them qualified to make these statements?

I was just recalling the dingbat shrinks who claimed many months ago that Trump was not going to be able to concentrate and focus on any governmental decisions---and then he got through tense negotiations with Rocket Man Kim, the Chicom tarriff details, the climate accord exit,the Kavanaugh nomination ordeal, campaigning and a number of difficult matters---all while being under DAILY vicious attacks and opposition designed to destroy his presidency.
These phony shrinks wore out their welcome the first time with their little demonstration parade with placards. Enough!

Find a real psychiatrist and real tests and see how they make it through. I have heard from acquaintances “I think shrinks are so messed up they get fascinated by mental illness in themselves and determine to study it in college to understand it.” True!
