It does when we realize that the people doing the injecting are med techs often from foreign countries who cannot speak english.

That is who is caring for our disabled and mentally ill.

Who were the Medical Assistants? They often help set things up for the Doctor or the Nurse Practitioner.

Something similar just happened a few weeks ago at a local school in Indianapolis where kids were supposed to be getting tuberculosis tests but instead got injected with insulin and the school nurse tried to cover it up.

Seems like an odd coincidence.
