"Contempt of Congress" is the default position for informed patriotic Americans.

Two of the three are "process crimes." The other is based on a tortured interpretation of one sentence in a phone call. Trying to remove the duly elected President, one of the most successful Presidents in history, one year before the next election, over one sentence in a phone call?

The blower got his info told to him through 3 different people of whom the first claims he got the info from DJT, the other guy testifying is testifying about his opinion of a story written in the NYT.

So obviously the seriousness of the charge (since there is absolutely no evidence of any kind) is the basis of the impeachment articles and DJT will have to prove a negative if it comes to a Senate trial. This is all a political theater without any actual evidence of any sort and while this is in the House (with absolute powers), DJT will be denied any sort of rebuttal, lawyer, or questioning.

If contempt of congress is wrong I don’t want to be right.

Try not to forget the poster with Trump's picture on it. It says:

"They're not after me. They're after YOU!. I'm just in the way!"

Contempt of Congress is NOT a high crime and misdemeanor.

It is called Constitutional separation of powers, this is not the French Revolution, at least not yet.

First of all, this Congress is contemptible so nothing there.

Second, obstruction of justice as applied by a Star Chamber is a patriotic duty so nothing there.

That just leaves abuse of power, and I read nothing abusive in the transcript.

It’s time to move on.

What’s the difference between 1 or 10?
= = =

I can answer that.

“1” has a 1

“10” has a 1 and a 0 (zero)

So, “1” has a value of one.

and “10” has a value of one plus zero, or one (also).

SO . . . there is NO difference.

Going to the underlying ABC story upon which this Breitbart story is based, we find:

Democrats have floated the possibility of charging Trump with abuse of power for efforts to pressure the Ukrainian government to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s family and the 2016 election, as well as obstruction of Congress for the administration’s refusal to comply with subpoenas for records and witness testimony.

They have also weighed an obstruction of justice charge centered on the president’s efforts to obstruct former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. Mueller’s findings in the second volume of his report, focused on obstruction, are repeatedly referenced in the report accompanying their resolution laying out the impeachment inquiry.

One of the reason the Democrats are considering "obstruction of justice" and "contempt of Congress" among these charges is that the U.S. Justice Department formally notified these House committees this week that executive branch personnel who are brought into those closed-door committee interrogation sessions must have DOJ attorneys with them.

That apparently put an end to Adam Schiff's attempts to get more witnesses interviewed.

It probably also explains why Schiff doesn't even want to call most of the witnesses he already interviewed to actually testify in public hearings next week.

Some of these bastards are gonna be triggered over this. And when they least expect it.

You know what I mean by triggered, right? That’s when things are said and done which rattle their little worlds. Then they need safe space, like a nice space lined with silk and pillows.
