Of all the petty, annoying things that the evil communist did while he occupied our White House, that was among the most offensive. It was just an intentional though trivial expression of disrespect for real Americans, but it showed how he sees normal people. Obama was in no way worthy of standing beside that man, but the entitled brat from Indonesia treated a United States Marine like a servant.
There is also the picture / video of Obama walking ahead the Old Black Professor being helped down the Stairs by that “racist” Cop at the much ballyhooed Beer Summit.
Then I watch POTUS Trump helping the Cop on Stage who was using one of those scooters he had to use because of Ankle Surgery at the Police Chiefs Convention.
Well, as annoying as that picture is, try to think of this way - because that Marine sure as Hell does;
That young Marine IS part of an outstanding American Warrior Tradition going back over 200+ years,
WAS part of that same tradition the day that pic was taken,
and WILL BE part of that same tradition until the day he passes away.
He shares a place in history with other young Marines who stormed Belleau Wood in the Argonne, seized and held Tarawa, Iwo Jima, Saipan, Peleliu, Chosin Reservoir, Khe Sanh, Hue, and a thousand other places
over the course of the last century.
OBunghole, on the other hand will always be nothing more than the same worthless, stumblebum partisan dork he was on that day and still is today.
So all in all, I’m pretty sure what that young Marine was thinking as he stood there holding the umbrella; it’s a small price to pay for the chance to present a clear and present distinction between himself, and the POS at the podium.
And while I’m at it - happy upcoming USMC Birthday (November 10) to Marines everywhere. Semper Fi, and God bless you all.
Absolutely, it was it was horribly disrespectful to the Marines and the armed forces as well. Obama showed he was totally unworthy of the office.
Of all the petty, annoying things that the evil communist did while he occupied our White House, that was among the most offensive.
The Marine would have probably destroyed is career, but I would have loved seeing his hand across his belt showing only the middle finger.
I am so in accord with you on this.
I believe it to be probably the most offensive image of the entire 8 years of that horrible illegal administration.
