The probable reason they are coming clean is because the original notes are going to come out and the hand writing used in each is pretty hard to cover up.
Monumental stupidity and incompetence no matter what the reason, even if done with malicious intent.
That’s not an admission....that’s the way out for the FBI/DOJ to walk away from the case. Unless Sullivan compels them, which I doubt he’ll do, the case will/should be tossed and DOJ will decline to re-try General Flynn. Then all the dirty crap they did will be kept under wraps until Fitton and the rest of Judicial Watch gets them. By then it’s too late.

I’m no expert, but I wouldn’t read anything at all into the department of Justice calling this a mistake. I believe that would be just them simply saying it’s incorrect. I think at this point they’re just describing the fact, not ascribing motives or any lack of motives.

Gosh. The FBI sure loses a lot of notes, emails, and text messages. Now they’re mixing up which notes get added to which report. It’s funny to how the errors and screw-ups always seem to be in their favor. One might think they were a bunch of criminals covering up a crime, but that would be wrong.
What’s the big deal? Government Lawyers LIE and Perpetrate FRAUDS upon the Courts on a daily basis. All they do is Lie and Defraud in their effort to boost their scorecard.
Until Judges start REMANDING these Lawyers into Custody for a 120 day stretch in JAIL in General Population, and Recommendations for Permanent Disbarment Nothing will change, so I blame the Judiciary for allowing this to go on for as long as I have been alive.
That’s BS. Do you mean to tell me that no one at the DOJ asked Strzok or Pientka to verify who wrote the notes? And why weren’t they signed by the person who prepared them to begin with? The f’ers knew, but deliberately chose to manipulate the evidence. That you can count on.
I’m kind of dense; is this an attempt to take heat off of Strozk, while telling the judge, “Oh, by the way, we need a do-over”?
This is all very intriguing, like a high stakes Clue game.
