If this were a matter of 400 votes rather than 4000 this might mean something...I think we are just prolonging our misery over what happened.

Unexpected.

Of course, any election is within the margin of error — or for that matter within four or five times the margin of error — must rightfully go to the Democrat, and recounts will be held until the Democrat wins by one vote or more, at which time any further recounts will be "an attempt by the Republicans to overturn the Voice Of The People."

Clearly the R is not liked in KY if the voters swept the R’s in down the ticket except for Bevin.

Let the media and the online dopes crow all they want. These people are fools and don’t get politics.

Maybe not. This Bevin “Bully” is a fighter. He may actually fight for every vote.

That is wonderful news! Thank you!
Republicans gaining a seat in New Jersey, I believe, is a MASSIVE WIN.

Something really is rotten in Kentucky. Desperate Democrats will do anything, commit a crime, break the law, rig the gig, etc.!!! How can every Republican candidate running for office, on the same main ticket with the GOP Governor Candidate all win their elections with comfortable victory margins and the Governor Candidate, Matt Bevin lose by a tiny margin of 4,000 votes...with 1,300,000 million votes cast? (dead men voting, felons voting, ballot stuffing, etc.)_ GOP leadership get to work and get those returns corrected!!! Do not take “NO” for an answer!!!

These days, there’s only rule in politics worth remembering:

DEMOCRATS STEAL THEIR VOTES.

Yup. I don’t buy that simply Bevin was unpopular. That would have dragged the down ballots too.

I disagree. This deprives the msm-dnc of their moment to gloat. Even if Breshear wins later, no one will take much notice. It also makes the GOP wins in NJ more front and center.

That would be a question for Sarah Barracuda.

She mentioned the Republican seats won in New Jersey. I was just doing a happy dance hearing that great news.

It is strange that in NC in 2016, the GOP Gov. lost when the State went to Trump and the GOP Senator won.
