That is not what Sidney asks for. It is at the end of the filing before the exhibits. She wants the Brady material they are hiding. The whole Russia thing is going to collapse big time if it is provided. She WANTS it. She will file to boot everything later she says.

Agree 100%. Not that I think there is a chance in hell the good General will re-coup all he lost. On the slim chance that it did happen in the manner you discuss it would go a long way into restoring a tiny bit of faith in our Justice system that was totally lost many years ago.

Some of the details of this conspiracy are still a little difficult to comprehend. What is in the “Brady material” that will expose the Russia thing? I am not even sure why they call it ‘Brady’ material. Appreciate any explanation for non-lawyer types.

Thanks, and more specifically, what exculpatory evidence is being withheld that also exposes the Russia gate charade? I thought the start of the ‘russia collusion’ investigation preceded the Flynn investigation, but maybe I am confused about the timeline and details.

Maybe he could in a civil suit. It would depend on the political make-up of the jury. I’d love to see him completely pardoned, with a bank account 10x that of his Deep State attackers, and them living in abject penury forever after.
Would it not be better for Ms. Powell to first bring out ALL the corruption and perfidy of the gubmint agents so the whole world knows the BASIS for the case being overturned? THEN let the judge, or Barr throw it out, and Flynn sue for damages and let there be punitive charges, too.
Yes, but they are saying it’s lost and that puts the burden on Powell to compel they be found or tracked under custody.
They are saying not only that the 302s are lost but were destroyed.
It’s already proven Lisa Page altered her 302s but she says they were ‘minor edits’.
Regardless, that part of the public following the case can see the games being played and that has an impact.
The case will be dismissed in any event.
If the original 302s are not found but an audit trail implies they were destroyed, intentionally or not, there will be grounds for imprisoning the DOJ and FBI officials involved and that event will be seen by the American public. So it should come out regardless.
You need to remember that targeting Flynn began long before Trump was elected. It was McCabe’s revenge for Flynn taking the side of a woman who accused McCabe of sexual harassment. They just rolled this previous plot into the bigger Get Trump plot.
That should say a lot about barr, don’t you think? It adds to his deep state credentials like cia, randy weaver’s death, his enthusiasm for pre-crime investigations.
Barr is there to keep the police state agencies intact. Sure he can talk about “morals” at a conference, but as long as the institutions are intact, the deep state can always find other willing criminals to fill the vacancies.
