Shortly after the Browns lost to the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Cleveland safety Jermaine Whitehead went on a profane Twitter rant that included racist language and death threats.
The tweets were targeted at Twitter users critical of his and the Browns’ performance with one aimed at Browns TV and radio broadcaster Dustin Fox after Fox tweeted that “Whitehead’s tackling today is a joke.”
Whitehead responded with a slur and a warning to Fox not to “get smoked.”

Players do have a sense of entitlement but they do put their bodies through incredible punishment. Don’t know how many times yesterday that I had to hear that Texans Watson felt under his mask because he thought his eyeball popped out at a previous game. He was pretty darn good yesterday even with a damaged eye in a foreign time zone with jet lag.
If there isn’t a problem when blacks use racial epithets, why is it such a big deal if a white uses one? I am not falling for the “blacks can’t be racist” BS. I’ve seen it as well as experienced it. Stop pushing. It won’t end well. A black man feels he can call me cracker, I’ve got one or two for him, too.
