Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) says fellow freshman Rep. Katie Hill (D-Calif.), who is resigning her seat citing a series of explicit photographs published in conservative outlets, was the victim of a "major crime" that could deter other young women from running for office.
Hill is the subject of an ethics investigation into allegations of an affair with a staffer in her congressional office, but she specifically cited the photographs, the release of which she attributes to her estranged husband, in her resignation announcement. She has denied the affair but conceded a relationship with a campaign staffer, which does not violate House rules.
"I don't think we're really talking about how targeted and serious this is. We're talking about a major crime... being committed against her," Ocasio-Cortez told Politico, saying "of course" the incident will intimidate other women thinking of launching their own campaigns.

WTF? I thought this explicitly violated House Ethics rules, that’s why there’s an Ethics investigation? The Rats control the House, thus control all investigations. The Hill is committing a crime with this lie IMHO.
Cortez seems to think this will ‘deter’ other females from office? Why is that? Doesn’t she really mean it will deter other females with adulterous behavior and pornographic pictures? The stupid burns with this womyn. And always, always call her just Cortez, because it’s well known she hates it.

Katie Hill broke the rules, but should be allowed to stay.

Was in Kabul in ‘11. The German Army had medical folks there as part of ISAF. Their armored up medical vehicles had large Iron Crosses on them. Struck me as odd/weird.
It’s telling of the thought process in the democratic party today that they all seem to be focused on the fact that Hill’s pictures got out instead of the actual content of the pictures. They’re implying that it’s a crime that someone caught her, but the content showing her smoking dope from a bong while frolicking nude with someone who works for her is no big deal.
This has a lot of parallels with the current impeachment fiasco. Democrats are trying to make the focus of the matter the fact that Trump wanted Biden’s shady dealings investigated instead of focusing on the fact that Biden was using his office to set his son up with cush no-show jobs in an elaborate pay for access scheme. Want access to the vice president? Give my boy a $50K a month job and we’ll talk.

If the democrats are able to normalize this practice then it’ll be a free for all from here on out. The criticism of political corruption will not be tolerated. If you dare question our kickbacks or affairs with underlings then we’ll impeach you or accuse you of misogyny.
