An armed shoplifting suspect in Colorado barricaded himself in a stranger's suburban Denver home in June 2015. In an attempt to force the suspect out, law enforcement blew up walls with explosives, fired tear gas and drove a military-style armored vehicle through the property's doors.
After an hours-long siege, the home was left with shredded walls and blown-out windows. In some parts of the interior, the wood framing was exposed amid a mountain of debris.
A federal appeals court in Denver ruled this week that the homeowner, who had no connection to the suspect, isn't entitled to be compensated, because the police were acting to preserve the safety of the public.

I highly doubt that you could.
And funnily enough, all anyone has to do is...look at the pictures.
You have no idea how amusing you are.
“And funnily enough, all anyone has to do is...look at the pictures.”
All repairable.
So on one hand you admit that there was frame damage, but then turn around and claim without proof it didn’t exist.
Yet Greenwood Village did indeed condemn the building.
So who should we believe, you or Greenwood Village saying that the building is condemned?

Oh darn, there is some front wall frame damage visible in the image. (Right of front door)
“You have no idea how amusing you are.”
You would be amusing but for your admiration and defense of these ‘bikers’.

On June 11, 2008, two Bandidos members were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a Hells Angels member in Ibbenbüren, Germany. Reports say they drove to his Harley-Davidson shop and shot him there on May 23, 2007. After the first day of a related lawsuit on December 17, 2007, riots between the two gangs and the police had been reported.[59] On October 8, 2009, a Bandidos member was shot to death by a Hells Angels prospect in Duisburg.[60]
“So on one hand you admit that there was frame damage, “
Cut out the lying.
Oh yes, let’s quote wikipodia when it gets shown as don’t know anything.

Folks, exposed AND MISSING frame in the right of the picture isn’t frame damage according to master builder TG.
Ignore the man behind the curtain, you don’t see it!
Ignore what you see, TG commands you!
Yes, thanks for bringing that up. I do remember reading that detail & forgot to mention it.
TG, please see kiryandil’s # 189
How dare you spout sanity.
You’re correct.
Destroying the building to get at the bad guy isn’t standard protocol by any means.
One case many years ago, a fired employee (can’t remember his name) went back & shot several coworkers & many others were hiding thruout the multi story building. Cops weren’t sure where everyone was.
They didnt blow up the building.
They got the guy to surrender by wearing him out with phone calls & then offering him a sandwich.
One cop commented, “The asshole brought an arsenal, but he forgot to bring lunch.”
That guy, Marvin Heemeyer flattened Granby Colorado with that bulldozer.
So the insurance company gets to recover the cost of the damages from the police department?
Blow it out your face, TG.
“You lie worse than Schiff!”
I don’t even understand what this means.
Are you saying Constitutionalists are lying about what’s in the Constitution?
Or are you saying Constitutionalists are worse than Schiff?
I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt by suggesting an increasingly evident (in your successive posts) likelihood: you are perhaps unaware of, or incapable of grasping, what the Constitution says or what it means, and how those principals apply to this scenario.
And you seem to assume that supporting the cops, no matter what they do or how they do it— collateral damage to innocent bystanders or their property be damned— is automatically some kind of conservative stance.
It ain’t, FRiend.
Was on a few construction crews over the last ten years. :-)
But to be fair, he also says the frame isn’t visible.
And in the pic linked, there is obviously some framing missing and floor joists visible.
As usual, TG is just passing gas.
