Haven't had the time to read the full text yet but based on a google search on who is supporting it this is not good at all.

I know nothing about farming/ranching but I have read that it's hard to get people to do the back breaking work involved. Giving wetbacks amnesty is just the camel getting the nose under the tent.The Rats always forget that we can see right trough them.
But I wonder if some kind of guest worker plan might be established. Of course there would have to be serious,SERIOUS restrictions on the foreigners who participate.
