Remains to be seen if they actually vote, but I don't think this was a walk back of the vote, only a clarification that this was never a vote on impeachment from the beginning. The dem plan all along is just to intimidate the white house into acquiescing to the so called subpoenas from this circus investigation. I think they will have their vote, which wont change anything legally, but will give the MSM something else to rage about.

The court will have to decide if, without a voted on impeachment inquiry resolution, the house has any right to subpoena the constitutionally equal executive branch.
