What they have done to date....IIRC....is what Hillary proposed as the method to impeach Nixon. And IIRC, they don't her that it was unconstitutional because it took away Nixon's right to counsel, etc etc....

I believe that is what has happened to date....and that implicates (in my mind at least) Hillary if you want to connect all the dots.

Go back and look at her record on her proposal to impeach Nixon.

Good observation. Yes, Pelosi will put it to a vote and get it ... but it still won’t follow the rules and have the guarantees of “normal” impeachment proceedings. I think this might make it easier to contest it on constitutional grounds though.
