Good observation. Yes, Pelosi will put it to a vote and get it ... but it still won’t follow the rules and have the guarantees of “normal” impeachment proceedings. I think this might make it easier to contest it on constitutional grounds though.
Republicans should immediately file suit and tie it up in the courts until after the election.
