The new “Batwoman” TV series featuring an openly lesbian Batwoman is failing big-time. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that young adults are turned off by the show's extreme woke and SJW (social justice warrior) politically correct messaging. “Woke” means you are aware of social and racial injustice. “Woke” also means straight white men are the source of all evil and must be punished. Women and minorities are perfect in every way. Woke culture says anyone who dares criticize a woman or a minority hates women and minorities.
Batman fans are outraged over the “Batwoman” TV series trashing Batman and its in-your-face trashing of men. If there were such a thing as a woke-a-meter with a range of 1-10, “Batwoman” would receive an 11.
It was a pleasure to learned that young adults are fed up with SJW Hollywood writers and producers destroying their favorite movie franchises. The 2016 Ghostbusters movie bombed, losing $70 million, infected with woke. SJW has infected Star Wars and various superhero movies. Angry fans say, “Get woke, go broke!” Hollywood has declared that SJW, diversity and gender-swapping in movies is more important than entertaining stories.
Critics rave about movies that check all the right SJW boxes; praising homosexuality, feminism, and minorities while trashing straight white men. Meanwhile, fans avoid such movies in droves.
It blows my mind that despite losing mega-millions Hollywood is undeterred, hellbent on cramming SJW political messaging down our throats. As a Christian, I believe a spirit of anti-Christ is driving Hollywood's financially illogical behavior. Hollywood producers love to poke fun of and demonize Christians. They freely use Jesus' name in vain. And yet, they would never dare to use Muhammad's name in vain.

Wonder if Hollywood producers, writers , actors as well as commentators in the MSM especially at MSNBC and CNN realize that their identities and crimes against the people are known and catalogued for future definitive reference.
Haven’t been to a movie in over a year, if we go once every couple of years its a lot. Too much silly garbage out there. Subliminal propaganda is always present. I have one of those big scree TVs that allows me to get Youtube in my cave. Lots of entertainment and real acting available, in the old black and white format. I am now watching the same movies alone that I missed watching at the drive in 60 years ago, without missing some of the scenes. Real actors real acting, even the B movies seem more entertaining. I still have a lot of catching up to do. Noir Noir Noir!
Very rarely ever go to a movie & the stuff I watch for entertainment on TV is getting to be very limited because so much of it is just agenda-driven crap. The old western reruns are OK if you like that, but now it’s getting to the point that I’ve seen almost all of them. Next step>>>>sell the TV.
Watch a few episodes of the old Bonanza series. Every other show was intended to teach us tolerance.

I'm not talking about some politically correct propaganda, but about some kind of moral content or judgement.
"Virtue rewarded" - that's a message. "Crime doesn't pay" - that's a message.
Pure entertainment might have the bad guys winning (which is also a message).
You are confusing message with concept.
Most good stories have a concept. A message is when we are being preached to. Bonanza mostly preached tolerance.
Dems and liberals loooooove to tell the world,they are the wokest of the woke....As of October 2019,3 of the top 4 dems presidential candidates are white men....5 minority dems started out and none of them are in the top contender list....White dems only vote for whites,they don`t trust minority candidates...The last minority president ended up giving them Trump......
The question is preaching tolerance for what ? The only thing I tend to see today from Hollyweird is “tolerance” or worship for what is utterly vile, degrading and intolerable.
Doesn’t matter. It will be on HBO and TV reruns as if it was a real movie rather than propaganda.
The article says that Ruby Rose is playing Batwoman—which guarantees that I won’t even try watching this show. I loathed her performances in the 3rd XXX and 2nd John Wick movies.
God must grimace when He realizes how long it takes for folks to wake up from being woke.

I don’t pay any attention to the big entertainment media productions except to ridicule some of the news headlines about them. Some of the cheap independent movies are just fine and better for health.
