I am okay with no jail in trade for a guilty plea and evidence against others.
He will get Clinton sentence. Turn in his law license. Then the 60 days on electronic monitoring. Otherwise 5 to 10 in medium security facility. He knows federal conviction rate is like 94 %. Conviction in federal court has mandatory sentencing and no parole. You do the time the whole time.
I was saying five years ago that the only way Obama stays out of prison is if the next President prevents it.
Obama was a greasy crook before he got into the Senate.
I'd think that, typically, when an asset is compromised he's taken out before he can damage the rest of the organization.
The "mob" may only have had city/state reach, where the deep state has global reach and unlimited assets.

Baker is the deep state. He was general counsel for the FBI, he knows where all the skeletons are.
No immunity...no plea bargains. When you make a deal with the devil there is a price to be paid.
There were several Departments of this government that actively worked to disenfranchise almost all Americans. If we are to survive as a nation, justice must be swift and sure. To serve as a deterrent to those who may harbor thoughts of working against a future duly elected President, from either party, there can be no mercy shown.
Otherwise, we will be going down this road again.
Since the Clinton impeachment, both parties have viewed this Constitutional mechanism as a way to remove a President they disagree with, rather than present policies and programs that the public would support. Impeachment, rather than being the extreme remedy our founders envisioned, has become too commonplace in our Congress. If you don’t like the outcome or policy, just impeach the President.
It’s time we hold Congress, DOJ, State and especially the MSM to a higher standard. Each of these entities enjoy power granted to them by We, the People. It’s time they understand that what the people giveth, the people can take away.
If you were part of the O.J. Dream Team, yeah, you likely do okay behind bars.

- A prosecutor (one of them sent me in here in the first place)
- A public defender (one of them screwed-up my case which is why I’m here)
- A divorce lawyer (I’ll never quit paying alimony once I get out of here)
