If you have a jihadi site up the FBI should investigate - but only to determine if criminal (not first amendment) acts are being planned. If you have no such background and you post a photo as a joke - or with no other context - then it merits NOTHING.
As far as the school is concerned - they have no business getting involved until AFTER a law enforcement investigation.
And yes I would ‘feel’ the same way regardless. My ‘feelings’ are trumped by the Bill of Rights.

While armed and masked? That would be a good start. Personally I have no problem with poser photos. I do have a problem when after the fact these photos are brought to light and everyone is in an uproar because nobody “did anything”. Lots of dumb kids out there, so yeah, look in to it. Five day suspension is a bit harsh.

Actually, Centennial is part of the Denver/Boulder metroplex. The denver area is Kali-Commie heavy. Outside of there...it’s a whole different world.
