Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is planning to introduce a resolution condemning the House Democrats' impeachment inquiry process, and argued that any articles should be dismissed in the Senate without a trial.
"This resolution puts the Senate on record condemning the House. ...Here's the point of the resolution: Any impeachment vote based on this process, to me, is illegitimate, is unconstitutional, and should be dismissed in the Senate without a trial," Graham told Fox News's Sean Hannity.

I think that just plays into Pelosi’s hand. The more the GOP complain about the process, the more legitimate impeachment becomes in the eyes of the public. Pelosi only needs to turn a baker’s dozen GOP in the Senate. I could count them out right now.

tonight on hannity graham said the Senate should refuse to consider an illegal House impeachment referral, namely one that is being held in secret and does not give the GOP and Trump the right to defend themselves in the House ... i suspect that graham’s resolution is to set the stage for such an action ...

In fact the Dems DO NOT WANT a Senate trial. Such a trial would open discovery to all manner of Democrat chicanery. They believe they are hurting Trump with their incessant bloviating.
Exposing ouse Democrat deceit with open hearings questioning the identical people being interviewed behind closed doors would effectively end the process. The Senate needs to go to war against the renegade House.
