In a new video response to Hillary Clinton's charge that she is being groomed by the Russians to be a third-party candidate, Democratic presidential contender Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) said she was warned in 2016 that Clinton and her allies would try to destroy her. Gabbard, an Iraq war veteran, added that if you "stand up against Hillary" and the "war machine," they will try to "destroy you."
"[I]f they can falsely portray me as a traitor, then they can do it to anyone," said Rep. Gabbard in the video. "And in fact, that’s exactly the message that they want to get across to you, that if you stand up against Hillary and the party power brokers, if you stand up to the rich and powerful elite and the war machine, they will destroy you and discredit your message.”
Last Thursday, Oct. 17, Hillary Clinton was interviewed on Campaign HQ with David Plouffe. During the exchange. Clinton said that the Russians have "got their eye on somebody who’s currently in the Democratic primary and they’re grooming her to be the third-party candidate. She’s the favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far and that’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up because she’s also a Russian asset.”
Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill confirmed that Clinton was referring to Gabbard as the "favorite of the Russians."
On Friday, Oct. 18, Gabbard responded on Twitter, "Thank you @HillaryClinton. You, the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain."
"From the day I announced my candidacy, there has been a concerted campaign to destroy my reputation," said Gabbard. "We wondered who was behind it and why. Now we know -- it was always you, through your proxies and powerful allies in the corporate media and war machine, afraid of the threat I pose."
In a video released over the weekend, Gabbard said, “People warned me in 2016 that my endorsement of Bernie Sanders would be the end of my ‘political career.’ They said, ‘Clinton will never forget, that she and her rich and powerful friends, her allies in politics and in the media will make sure that you are destroyed.’"
"Well, there have been countless hit pieces full of smears against me from day one of this campaign," said Gabbard. "They’ve tried to destroy my reputation and my lifetime of service because I stood up to them."
“I’ve spent over 16 years of my life proudly serving in the Army National Guard," she said. "I still serve as a Major today. I volunteered to deploy in the Middle East twice. I’ve served in Congress now for nearly seven years, serving on the Foreign Affairs Committee, the Armed Service Committee, the Homeland Security Committee, and I am not afraid to openly express my love for our country."

In August, CNN contributor A.B. Stoddard charged that, "Tulsi Gabbard refuses to condemn Assad because she’s doing the work of the Russians and is going to run as a third-party spoiler and re-elect Trump.”
Bernie Sanders in a dress. Curious how enamored the Right has become of this Democrat Fascist political lunatic simply because she told off a Clinton.

Gabbard? I am voting for Trump, clearly not Gabbard, but how is she a deep state plant? Hillary IS the deep state. Gabbard is correct in saying that standing up against Hillary will lead them to try to destroy you (which includes having you killed. Zero doubt.). Whether or not the ‘War Machine’ reference is accurate I don't know.
Tulsi Gabbard is as leftist as they come, and actually changed her party from Dem to Democratic Socialist (like AOC and Bernie).
She’s more polite about it, so that’s why people like her. And she’s a heck of a lot prettier than Hillary, Biden, Butt(whatever) or any of the other Dem contenders and doesn’t seem to have any corruption baggage. But she’s a radical leftist through and through.

I wouldn’t vote for her because of the her politics, but I respect her for her service and for speaking out against the hypocrisy of the other Democrats.
If there is any Russian asset among the ‘Rat candidates, it would more likely be one that honeymooned in Russia.

Clearly, Hillary doesn’t understand how the Russians work things. If the Russians are trying to promote someone, it’s because they are wagering on ineffectiveness and the Russians nothing more than an ineffective sitting POTUS.
