Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is warning top intelligence community officials that President Trump could expose a whistleblower at the center of the House impeachment inquiry.
Schumer sent a letter to Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire and Inspector General Michael Atkinson on Monday saying he's "concerned" Trump might disclose the individual's identity and wants to know what steps are being taken to protect the person.
"In light of the Presidents ill-advised statements, his lack of respect for the rule of law and his well-documented habit of condoning violence by his supporters, I am concerned that he may disclose the whistleblowers identity or cause it to be disclosed by others in the Administration," Schumer wrote in the letter.
Trump and his allies have repeatedly lashed out at the whistleblower, who filed a complaint tied to Trump pushing the Ukraine government to investigate the Bidens and the administration's decision to delay aid to the country.
Schumer's letter, which was first reported by Politico, comes shortly after Trump used a Cabinet meeting to double down on his demand that the whistleblower be publicly identified.

Nope... Eric Ciaramello
99.999999% certain it is him. He is not a weaselsucker. He is a partisan spy who lied his ass off. He is also now very nervous. When that percentage hits 100% he will maybe get a job on AOC’s staff but no one anywhere else will touch him again. He will be political radioactive waste.
The term "whistleblower" is just lawfare he is using to hide.
IMHO the whistleblower was complicit in the Biden extortion. Knowing Trump was getting close, he blew the whistle to protect himself against prosecution. His sole goal was to stop investigations into Ukraine entirely.
Sorry. Correction: CIARAMELLA
It doesn’t take “a Schumer” to tell what direction the wind blows ..
Or something like that.
Quite a few people crossed that bridge years ago, even before Trump came along and made the rot obvious.
SCOTUS literally hallucinates rights into being. Commerce clause make a mockery of "limited powers" in Art I, Sec. 8. Judges literally LIE about what precedents stand for, so the RKBA can be gradually stripped from the public.
Hey @sshole we all know he they are
True, but owning the media is 90% of the battle.
The Sixth Amendment is known as the “Confrontation Clause” and it states “in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him.”. The President is definitely going to enjoy it !
You’re exactly right. There is no whistleblower. It’s all made up.
He would be asked who he consulted and when, and who actually wrote the complaint letter to which he affixed his signature.
The President certainly has the authority to name, and to prosecute, this individual.
Since Schiff said the whistle blowers testimony will not be used, as far as I can tell, the whistle blower no longer needs to be private. Just expose them via a proxy. Say a congressional aid that wishes to remain nameless leaked it to Fox News.
Hopefully, the “whistle blower” will be outed, arrested and hanged. Of course, that is after arrest, fair trial and conviction.
There are outright lunatics all across the political spectrum.
The Sixth Amendment:
The Right to Confront Your Accusers
The extent to which Team Soros runs the Deep State's shadow government hell bent to subvert and CRIMINALIZE TRUMP'S AUTHORITY cannot be overstated.
“He’s already been revealed if you look on the internet.”
Who is he?
Which is precisely why the "whistleblower" will NOT be called as a witness. HE/SHE DIDN'T WITNESS ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE ACCEPTED AS EVIDENCE IN A COURT OF LAW!! Everything in the filed document was hearsay. And the parties who supposedly provided information to this "whistleblower" are, themselves, anonymous since they were not cited in the original report.
Thus, there are no witnesses to be confronted.
The “whistleblower” is Adam Schiff’s staff.
