And that despite saying we are withdrawing from places, we sent 2000 men to a country that financed and likely knew about 9/11.
And how “withdrawing” means moving men to another part of Syria.

This bastard is bad news and he’s been signaling that for 15 years. He needs to be kicked out of NATO and all significant US assets need to be forcibly taken from him or scuttled and abandoned, pronto. He has had opportunity to help us and has instead thwarted us at every turn.

What nobody has brought up— the US is energy independent, this alone make the Middle East is no longer concern for us. Yes we need to protect some of the interest, like Isreal, and Iran nukes. But fighting the tribal wars like we have been doing is stupid. Let Russia Syria and Turkey fight this war. This is, and has been their playground.
I think the only people that care about Syria are the people in DC. Do they really care about the Kurds that much? Or is their something else. I’m betting the latter.
