Sen. Elizabeth Warren increased her advantage over former Vice President Joseph R. Biden across early states in the race for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, according to polling released on Sunday.
Ms. Warren had a 31% to 25% edge over Mr. Biden among voters across 18 early primary and caucus states, up from a 1-point, 26% to 25% edge over Mr. Biden in surveys released last month, according to the CBS News polling.
In New Hampshire, she led Mr. Biden by 8 points, 32% to 24%, up from a 1-point edge last month.
Ms. Warren and Mr. Biden were also tied at 22% apiece in Iowa, after Ms. Warren had trailed the former vice president by 12 points last month.
Mr. Biden did still hold a sizable advantage in South Carolina, leading with 43% of the vote. He was followed by Ms. Warren at 18% and Mr. Sanders at 16%.
But across the 18 states, Ms. Warren held an estimated delegate lead of 720 to 577 over Mr. Biden, with Mr. Sanders in third place at 159.
Last month, Mr. Biden had been clinging to an estimated delegate lead of 600 to 545 over Ms. Warren across the 18 states, with Mr. Sanders at 286.

I DO STILL believe that there are forces more powerful than them ultimately pulling the strings.
But they can still get people dead.
To be honest, I never saw this coming. I didn't think she'd even get out of the gate with all that baggage. Turns out the other Democrat candidates have even MORE baggage.
As for Hillary, I've seen it bandied about that Warren might want to have Hillary as running mate. Two reasons why that likely won't happen. One, Hillary will not want to play second fiddle to anybody. Two, if they happen to win, Warren will need to triple her bodyguards and hire a team of food testers.

Warren has had zero scrutiny. Her supposed may hold on scrutiny but there is no way to know. Dems do themselves a great disservice by preventing any media scrutiny. Once she is one v one with Trump it’ll be really hard to avoid the scrutiny and if she can’t hold support it’ll be a big Trump win. Biden, if he makes it, has support that stands through the scrutiny (if he makes it). That would mean hesld be tougher in the end. Now that Trump is going after him I guess they gotta prevent him from getting the nomination
Biden is toast and flaming out like Jeb Bush did in 2016. Between that and Bernie having his thunder stolen by Warren and his heart attack, it looks like Warren is going to get the nomination unless some dark horse candidate jumps in like Gavin Newsom. I think Newsom is keeping his powder dry though.
Good point. The MSM actually did Hillary a great disservice by sucking up to her like they did. So she was not prepared to handle a Donald Trump who came at her guns blazing.
Thank God for Donald Trump. All the other Republican candidates would have taken the "gracious loser" route.
She just needs to keep flapping her arms around like a deranged chicken. They will propel her to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!
