Graham Hopes Letter Will Stop Pelosi From Destroying America Says he's sending her a note that explains GOP senators won't impeach Trump over call
NEWSER) – Sen. Lindsey Graham says he's going to send Nancy Pelosi a letter that he hopes will stop her from "destroy[ing] the nation for no good." That's what she and her fellow House Democrats are doing in pursuing an impeachment inquiry, he says. "I want Nancy Pelosi to know that Republican senators are not going to impeach this president based on this transcript," he told Fox & Friends per the Hill, as they don't believe the call with Ukraine's president constitutes an impeachable offense.
He says he plans to get other Senate Republicans to pair their signatures with his before he sends it. His intended result? To get her to "stop now before she destroys the country." Politico reports Graham also again asked Pelosi to bring a resolution on the impeachment inquiry to the House floor for a vote, arguing that "you have to have a vote to make it legitimate." (Trump sent his own letter to Pelosi, and she responded.)
There are so many who are what I call “broken beyond repair”.
Yes. And it’s time we AMERICANS responded to them as such.

Oh, sure. A ‘strongly-worded letter’ is all it take to stop these traitors. I personally think that erecting a gallows outside her office would be more effective.

There is no such thing as reasoning with a Democrat as Democrats are beyond reason.
They were within fractions of an inch achieving their ultimate goal of taking out this nation, and restructuring it to their vision, their perspective(s), but fortunately along came a true American, and put a monkey-wrench in their machinery stopping them cold. They are fighting back by throwing tantrums, swinging their arms wildly, crying, and screaming obscenities because they didn’t get their way.
Where are their parents?
I agree with you. Whether you agree or disagree with Graham on other matters, he’s doing something vitally important here. Give the man credit and hope he can get enough backing in the Senate to make Nancy take this seriously.
Here is an idea. Trump issues an executive order that says he will accept impeachment without further ado and go directly to a vote by the Senate to convict. Senate says it won’t convict and Trump tells the House to get back to work on issues that are impacting Americans.
What could the Democrats do? Impeach Trump because he issued an executive order accepting impeachment?
When they finally get their chance they will be neither honest enough nor inventive enough to call their effort something like the House Too-American Activities Committee but instead will probably badly mimic in English and Spanish names that Soviets gave to their show trials.
It doesn’t matter how it’s worded. The only thing that might matter would be internal polling and that probably doesn’t matter either. IMHO The Rats believe once they get an actual impeachment going anything can happen. MSM is all in of course, Trump released the Transcript and it didn’t matter.
What Graham needs to tell Pelosi is that any witness Schiff interviews in private he will interview in public.

House Dems know perfectly well Trump will not be removed from the presidency by the republican Senate. Their effort to impeach Trump is based solely on their belief it will besmirch him with voters and thereby reduce his election chances. They are missing the fact that they are deeply hated by a substantial segment of the US electorate and their efforts to damage Trump are increasing that hatred.
Trump believes Democrat efforts will result in an historic trouncing of their party. With the president doing everything right and good for the country it is difficult to see how this will not be the case.

I don’t doubt that. But she is smart enough to know that this is a loser politically. Her hand was forced by young radical voters and Tom Steyer.

Unfortunately, nothing can remove it. 100 years from now history will reflect that Trump was one of three Presidents who were impeached. You can put an asterisk next to his name and explain why.
He’ll be on Mount Rushmore if he keeps delivering as he has.
