New York (CNN Business)President Donald Trump, facing an ever-deepening scandal that threatens to swallow his presidency, appears to have lost a key ally in conservative media: The Drudge Report.
The narrative-setting news aggregation website, founded in 1995 by Matt Drudge, has spotlighted an overwhelming amount of negative news for the Trump White House in the last several weeks. It's marked a major shift from how the outlet had previously covered the President.
"He's reacting to changing circumstances," a person close to the media mogul, who said Drudge had grown exasperated with Trump, told CNN Business.

Drudge and Faux News went over to the Dark Side when their “gusty windbag” got her ass kicked in 2016. I haven’t had anything to do with either of them since then. They can’t be trusted. Faux News “polls” are a joke and always have been a joke. I don’t trust any “polls” but I’ve always thought Faux was the worst “poll” out there even when Faux was an American TV news channel and I watched it on a daily basis. Faux “polls” and Faux New radio have ALWAYS been pro-liberal and against conservative Americans. Faux pretended to be a “conservative” news channel as long as RINOs were in office. Once an “America First” president was elected, Faux went full retard. IMHO.
I remember reading somewhere that Matt Drudge doesn’t even own or run “Drudge Report” anymore, that he sold it to Google back last Spring for big bucks and is now lounging on his own Private Island.

The lamestream media hates Trump SOOOOOOO much that they are actually willing to reconcile with the guy who single-handedly took their legs out from under them when he posted the Newsweek-spiked Monica story.
Drudge has been too busy promoting LBGTQ issues and posting UFO sightings to report real news nowadays.
