“THICK AS A TELEPHONE BOOK”

What’s a telephone book?

Will they charge Comey now?

No. Comey will Tweet a picture of himself staring out into the distance saying: "So much to think about..." And Lindsey Graham will send a Tweet saying "Couldn't agree more, see you soon."

Then everyone will laugh and hug and forget about it.

Just like this...

THICK AS A TELEPHONE BOOK

It needs to be thick to include all of the convoluted reasoning behind why Horowitz isn't recommending charges against the conspirators...

[On a Friday. Shocking.]

Just in time for a FF mass sh**ting over the weekend to take the attention away from it....

“there’s nothing about the IG report on her twitter??”

It was posted (retweeted) on her twitter feed around 8 AM, East Coast time.

"I thought she’s pretty much been pro-Trump all along."

Maybe I was thinking of Neil Cavuto....

Young people in school now are said to be doing “deep reading” if the article, or fiction or nonfiction material is longer than items such as 2-3 pages of Wikipedia. I heard that “deep reading” phrase in radio discussions of reading levels. Some read graphic novels or condensations to avoid longer works.

Buy stocks in "Classics Illustrated" resellers

“Once an indictment comes down, must it be acted on or made public immediately”

An indictment is a public record. They can be sealed for a while, if release could hamper or reveal an ongoing investigation.

Indictments, arrests, and execution of search warrants are the visible signs of a professionally conducted investigation. Otherwise they are supposed to keep everything under wraps.

Investigations are supposed to go on their own timelines, regardless of any external considerations (like politics). There is really no telling when they would publicly reveal indictments - it is supposed to be driven solely by when the case the ready to prosecute.

I am sure that the AG is aware of the strategic implications of the election cycle, and the impeachment efforts, and must consider them. We just can’t know what the resulting strategy will be.

I still think that a storm is coming.

I sometimes expect the second coming of Jesus before the IG report. What a slow-walking son of a bitch the IG is.

The whitewash has to be thick to cover all these crimes.

***************

Right. It takes a lot of words to dissemble, obfuscate and cover up. Bulk is indicative of prevarication and misdirection.

Whoreowitz has been stalling since day one. The IG is not a watch dog; it is a guard dog.

Takes ya back! I loved Classics Illustrated when I was about 8-10 and always waited eagerly for the latest one to come out. I later read some of the works they were based on - mostly 19th century English, American or French novels - and frankly thanked the literary gods for the CI versions! The originals were long, tedious, wordy things that often had a very good (if improbable) plot, but a plot you could barely follow - unless you’d read the graphical version.

Some I did later read and enjoy, and having gotten the cheat sheet in advance did not destroy the experience for me. Plus, the illustrations were good. I still remember the blinding of Michael Strogoff (Jules Verne novel).

Ok, sorry, that’s my off topic remark for the day...

Horowitz needs to make serious criminal referrals or else it’s another whitewash.
