A new peer reviewed study by Danish academics has found that ethnic diversity has a negative impact on communities because it erodes trust.
It turns out that diversity is not a strength after all. The study, entitled Ethnic Diversity and Social Trust: A Narrative and Meta-Analytical Review, was conducted by Peter Thisted Dinesen and Merlin Schaeffer from the University of Copenhagen and Kim Mannemar Sønderskov from Aarhus University.
Seeking to answer whether continued immigration and corresponding growing ethnic diversity was having a positive impact on community cohesion, the study found the opposite to be the case.
Studying existing literature and also carrying out a meta-analysis of 1,001 estimates from 87 studies, the researchers concluded, We find a statistically significant negative relationship between ethnic diversity and social trust across all studies.
Eric Kaufmann, Professor of Politics at the Birkbeck University of London, also tweeted about the study, commenting, Higher diversity *is* significantly associated with lower trust in communities, even when controlling for deprivation.

The authors are racists. Diversity is strength. So is ignorance. Hate is love.
"Diversity is Unity."
My opinion is that Humans are naturally Tribal and Diversity goes in the face of that
Yeah. Ranks right up there with “war is peace”.

Or in the more modern era look at Russia with its vast space and nearly 200 ethnic groups. A strong central government (i.e., strong control over individuals) is necessary to keep the country from shattering into ethnic divisions and internal strife.
I hope these academics were close to retirement because their careers are about to be ruined by the tolerant left.
One of the biggest lies ever told is that diversity is a strength
Sweden was the one country where Socialism ALMOST worked because it was a homogeneous country with a strong work and moral ethic. Then Guess what happened.
Diversity is Weakness.
Study proven.
Import Weakness.
Nuf Sed.
He ASSUMES diversity is a good despite the lack of evidence for it over the long-term and clear evidence of present costs. IN HIS OWN STUDY.
Think of what Quid Pro Joe said about truth and fact. The cognitively dissonant Mr. Putnam agrees and sees:
Truth: Diversity is good.
Fact: Theres no evidence diversity is good.
In DK, muzzies are the trespassers/insurgents/refugees/job takers.
Sounds like their academia are tiring of their muzzie invasion. Maybe some of their blonde professors got muzzie-raped?
It depends on whether it is divergent or convergent.
Adam's Smith's principle of the division of labor is a diversity of parts to a whole.
The biggest thing is common values. It’s hard to integrate when values clash. This is why for over a thousand years Christians and muslims have clashed: we do not share common values. For exmple one side thinks murdering women and gays is fine and the other side finds it abhorrent. How does putting two such groups together lead to strength?
Let' start with globalism, with goal #1 being the subjugation of core western societies. A key effort would then be to destroy cultural unity in which to sow division and conflict. But how does one convince a unified group to literally commit suicide?
This takes tremendous coordination and control of key media assets. It also requires a complacent and compromised intellectual class which will faithfully repeat the lie in order to reinforce the (false) message.
Of course diversity promotes weakness. This isn't the issue; rather, its advancement was like observing Nazi Germany re-arm. It's a method and technique of war designed to defeat the west, no different than tanks, guns and planes.
I have one thing to say about that:
DUUUUUUHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“the study found the opposite to be the case.”
Same liberal crap different day, the opposite of what they say is always the truth.
Diversity for the sake of diversity in an organization leads to favoritism, secrecy, low morale, division, lack of team unity, poor production, etc.
