Notably, Brigadier General Daniel L. Shipley was nominated by President Trump for the rank of major general, according to a Jan. 16, 2019 Defense.gov press announcement. Before serving in his current role, Shipley served as the deputy director, Program Analysis and Evaluation, Department of Programs and Resources for the U.S. Marines.
This new order is summarized as, “MARINES ORDERED TO ACTIVE DUTY ISO DEFENSE SUPPORT OF CIVIL AUTHORITIES.” (The term “ISO” means In Support Of.”)

The Marine reserve is for... unfortunately... immediate deployment to hostile territory...
Outside of US...
So they are expendable...
On paper... check out Korea.
In our time... This means... reserve units... would replace active units...as stand by forces...so active units could be forward deployed...
Why call out USMCRs? There are active duty units all over the States in the USMC and the Army. This spunds like InfoWars taking the news of a regularly scheduled MarRes deployment and nlowing it up into 7 Days in May
