Joshua Brown, a neighbor of Guyger and Botham Jean, the man she was convicted of killing late last year at the South Side Flats apartment complex, was gunned down around 10:30 p.m, the Dallas Morning News reports. I understand that, but her setebce indicates that consider that equivalent consideration.
I thought door was open and he was sitting on sofa? So somebody moved a different sofa into her apt too?
Might as well face it: shes addicted to law!
Her idiot attorneys let her testify that she intended to kill Jean. So there you go. Murder, not manslaughter.
Yeah, right.
70 yrs old. Desire is still there. Probably always will be. Performance not dependable. Your mileage may vary.
One cannot reasonably claim self defense and not acknowledge that use of lethal force is assumed to require an intent to stop a threat, with death as a likely and probable result. If one claims self defense with a lethal force weapon and counters that there was no intent to kill if necessary, then the person couldn’t lawfully claim a need or right to employ Lethal force in the first place.
Use of lethal force assumes the intent to kill once applied. Of course, the right words are “stop a lethal threat”, but infers up to and including killing.
Stop. Youre just sounding stupid now.
Definitely sounds like blue revenge.

We can wait on ‘performance’, or even do without it. We can’t do without love.
I am a lucky man. I know a woman who thinks pretty much the same way. We have been friends (and sometimes more) for almost 35 years.
Dallas police announce suspects in murder of Joshua Brown, key witness in Amber Guyger trial
We now know concerning the Murder of Joshua Brown that it:

Thanks, I agree with you.
