She's a racist homophobe!

(If that doesn't work we'll go to the next smear in our list.)

Speechless? LOL

They just ignore anything they do not agree with. How many eyes and ears have witnessed this pushback of the Tyranny we face?

Let me know when the Lead In Story on the Network News portrays this Woman who is attempting to protect the Civil Rights of Law Abiding American Citizens rather than covering these Anti Freedom Rats in Congress attacking the NRA and the mysterious evil Gun Lobby.

The Democrats plan never has been to make Americans safer but to make them unarmed subjects.

I just cannot see how they let this little witch give out all those facts without being cited for contempt, or just sent to the gallows for speaking against the state. /s/

They don’t care.

They want to murder you in a gulag. That’s easier when you’re defenseless.

Exactly- they couldn’t care any less about what the facts are- they know they have the power of the lying msm to back them up and push their anti 2n’d amendment agenda, and that their ‘New Truth’ is all that matters-

Most of the time when a congressman isn’t talking it’s because they aren’t there. Lot of speeches “to” congress have no congress in the room. But it does wind up in some book in the library of congress and people can look it up. So that’s cool.

Democrats are 'shallow and stupid' like Maxine - OR smart and corrupt... like Adam Schiff... with not much in between...

That could be the problem... the dumb ones think murder is caused by guns - not by people. And the smart/corrupt ones want to disarm citizens for control purposes and don't care when we speak truth.

Have you noticed how many democrats have to read their questions when they're 'interrogating' a Republican... and often can't even pronounce the words their handlers have written out for them? We're talking major stupid with some of 'em.

Patriots, most of us have grown up with a very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification federal government and have been indoctrinated to think that all non-militia-related, federal gun-control laws and regulations are somehow constitutional.

It's no surprise that we are clueless that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to regulate non-militia-related arms.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

From related threads…

In fact the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker, had clarified that, up to the time that the 14th Amendment (14A) was ratified, the states had never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific specific power to make peacetime penal laws, not even for murder.

"Our Constitution never conferred upon the Congress of the United States the power - sacred as life is, first as it is before all other rights which pertain to man on this side of the grave - to protect it in time of peace by the terrors of the penal code within organized states; and Congress has never attempted to do it. There never was a law upon the United States statute-book to punish the murderer for taking away in time of peace the life of the noblest, and the most unoffending, as well, of your citizens, within the limits of any State of the Union, The protection of the citizen in that respect was left to the respective States, and there the power is to-day [emphases added].” —Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See bottom half of third column.)

Bingham was pointing out that 14A gave Congress new powers to make laws dealing with our constitutionally enumerated protections, but only laws that STRENGTHEN those rights from abridgment by the states instead of weakening citizen protections like the Democratic-controlled House is trying to do with constitutionally indefensible gun control laws.

From the 14th Amendment:

The Supreme Court had put it this way about 14A strengthening constitutionally enumerated protections:

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

It is disturbing that federal gun control laws seem to have started appearing in the books during the FDR Administration, FDR and the Congress at that time infamous for making laws which they had no express constitutional authority to make.

Franklin Roosevelt: The Father of Gun Control

Regarding Ms. Swearer’s testimony to Congress, the only thing that career Democrats and RINOs understand imo is telling stereotyped, constitutionally low-information voting groups anything they want to hear to try to win their votes to stay in power.

The party of Satan is never "speechless." They just ignore what they don't want to hear. And they continue with their agenda regardless.

Psalms 1:1 describes these people in several terms: ungodly; sinners; scornful.

They have been the enemy from the beginning. They initially appeared as a snake. Today, they appear as politicians, educators, entertainers, and religious leaders.

But their objective is the same as ever. And they are still the enemy. Remember, the name "Satan" literally means "adversary."

Ms. Swearer-

Thanks for such a cogent and forthright appeal to common sense and logic and self preservation.

Might there be a congressional run in your future?

We hope so.

Koreatown.

Ferals made a mistake of mistaking a community where virtually all males had gone through mandatory military service and knew how to handle firearms. They fought back with all sorts of weapons. They armed up and fought back after Korean radio called them to action after a Korean woman was murdered by ferals during the riots.

Police never bothered to total how many ferals were killed by the Koreans defending their families and businesses.

The Democrats publicly denied God during their 2012 national convention and thus became allied with Satan.

He wasn’t. The thug in all black ran him down and tackled him. I don’t recall what happened after that though.
