On September 11th, at the beginning of the Senate's reconvening after their summer break, the Senate confirmed six judges that were supposed to be confirmed in June.
There have been none since.
Granted the Senate has been busy confirming other officials, but can still schedule votes on judges.
We're watching, Mitch. Get your slow ass moving!
I usually post on judges weekly, but will switch to daily to put the pressure on.
Anyone who has been in office for longer than 2 terms is likely a member of the swamp, and is likely to act in the interest of the swamp.
How many judges does linda have lined up for the turtle?

I agree with Cotton that both McConnell and Graham can do far, far better on the federal judge front. Last week the Senate voted on and confirmed ZERO District Court nominees. The week preceding that the Senate voted on and confirmed ZERO District Court nominees. Earlier in September the Senate returned from a six week summer recess and confirmed the six judges that Connor mentioned. And now theyre on yet another recess for two weeks.
When Trump assumed office there were 86 vacant District Court judgeships. You know, the District Judgeships which sabotage President Trump when theyre occupied by an agenda-driven RAT appointee. The number of vacancies has increased and there are now 97 vacant District Court judgeships.
There are 71 of Trumps Judicial nominees pending confirmation in the Senate (of which 51 are pending in Lindsey Grahams Judiciary Committee). This is INEXCUSABLE! Graham needs to no longer allow the DemocRATS to use the Blue Slip process to stop consideration of Trumps nominees. And McConnell needs to schedule confirmation votes on nominees quicker after theyre out of the Judiciary Committee
Lots of new and pending nominations for district judges from CA to go along with NY and other 2 Senator rat states. Could there be a package deal coming.
Chunk of ckt judges for a horse pile of District judges?
Looking on the bright side at least 4 RINO trash in turtle’s caucus are retiring in 2020. Pat Roberts KS, Lamar Alexander TN, Mike Enzi WY, and John Isakson GA.
This is Trump’s party now. Kobach in KS and Cheney in WY definite improvements over those fossil turds.
Further reason tos expedite confirmations is 2020 election year and possible shutdowns.
In addition to the announced 8 nominations are old 80 yr old GOP confirmed ckt judges needed to be pushed to senior status. Such as 4th (two 80 and 77), 7th ( 3 over 80), 8th (1 around 80), 9th (1 in upper 70’s), and 11th ( even tho only 73 this is another flippable ckt).
Old RAT ckt trash ready to move on are 2 in 4th, 2 in 10th, a bunch mid 70’s in 9th. 4th, 10th, and 9th can also be flipped if some of these depart in 2020 as well.
Bottom line high priority needs to be put on judges NOW!!!!
Draining the swamp starts here and the ball is in our court. Cannot assume Trump gets a 2nd term or Senate stays GOP.
All of the ckt changes controlled by turtle and linda.
HAve they been on recess?...................
RBG is still breathing.
Which brings up the question, suppose she falls ill and cannot breathe on her own, God Forbid.
They put her on a ventilator and she can be fed intravenously for a long, long time. Years even, but totally vegged out.
What happens then?.....................
The senate needs to start rapid fire confirming dozens of judges per day every day until this impeachment farce stops
And that may be one reason why the Democrats are attempting Russiagate 2.0 with Ukraine.
Draining the swamp starts here and the ball is in our court. Cannot assume Trump gets a 2nd term or Senate stays GOP....

Yep, we can NOT assume well always have the Senate and the White House. And THAT is the reason we must have extreme URGENCY in processing Judicial Nominations.
