Fox News basically defrauds its viewers when it calls this dope "Judge Napolitano." He was a New Jersey state judge for about 7 years until the early 1990s, and never retired as a judge. There are more than 350 state judges in New Jersey.
They act like this guy is some kind of legal scholar, when he's nothing more than a jackass who couldn't even make a living as an ambulance-chasing lawyer.
Even the “decent” opposition members are becoming emboldened by the lack of action taken against the crimes of our domestic enemies.

His legal analysis has been dubious since before Trump became president. I particularly get a laugh out of how he unequivocally announces his analysis as if he’s citing the Second Law of Thermodynamics when even a second-year law student wouldn’t speak in such certain terms.
Could it be that the deep state has the names of people involved in some sort of illegal activity such as pedophilia and are using the info to blackmail. Maybe there is dirt on the Judge and he’s being squeezed.
