Sounds like spin to me. The same people who interpret Trump’s call to the Ukrainian president as a quid pro quo are interpreting the Finnish leader’s comments as a troll.
This was not subtle trolling. It was not any kind of trolling. What utter nonsense from the Daily Mail.
Apparently “Keep it going on” is now code for “Trump, you’re an unstable war criminal”, or something to that effect. Did Adam Schiff write this article? He’s good at this sort of thing.

I just watched it. He was looking at the nasty activist reporter. telling HIM to “Keep it going”.

No need to read any further than that. I saw the end of the press conference, which is what they are referring to, and, A., Trump was rightfully pissed at the media, and, B., he did notice what the Finnish president said and with his usual diplomatic skill did not call him on it publicly.
I doubt that it bothered him that much anyway. They were off to discuss things privately right after the presser. This is lefty-media spin.
