Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Wednesday unveiled a plan that takes aim yet again at the multibillion-dollar lobbying industry. This time, shes looking to hit them where it could hurt the most: their wallets.
Warrens latest proposal is calling for an excessive lobbying tax, which would require lobbying shops to pay a tax if they spend over $500,000 per year on influence campaigns.

And is her wealth tax proposal unconstitutional?
How many different ways can be found, to levy taxes on the American people?
I love how libs start an article about one of their pets with a title. For us it’s just “Trump.’
Every time she opens her mouth with this crazy shiite, Hillary Clinton smiles.
It isnt that shes ignorant of it. Its that she like all Democrats believes the constitution is irrelevant and that the only thing that matters is that there be no constraints on government. The only cure for her type of thought involves a rope and a lamppost. The distressing thing is all of the massholes that voted for her think the same way she does.
If anyone was serious about this issue, they would just pass a simple law:
And Elected Official or Candidate for Public Office that accepts anything of value from anyone that can Not legally cast a vote for them in a public Election, shall be Guilty of Bribery, punishable by 100% Civil Asset Forfeiture and a Mandatory 20 years in Federal Prison.
For a Harvard Law Professor Warren sure is ignorant of the US Constitution

There’s a lot of that going around.
Next a tax on the word “Pocahontas”.
This is why Wall St. does not want her getting the nomination. They’d accept a weakened, watered down Joe Biden over Warren, who stands poised with her scalpel, ready to gut ‘the rich’ via high taxation.
No Worries.......unless she gets a voice transplant......
The Constitution is irrelevant after both parties abrogated it on Usurpation Day.
Obama is not a natural born citizen.
He admitted as much on his own website by saying as a result of his foreign national father he was born a British subject.
The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody had decided not to see. - Ayn Rand
I do not understand why that is not a complete non-starter.
A little over 100 years ago, some people thought an Income Tax was a good idea. Well, they had to pass a full Constitutional Amendment to get it. And the wording of that Amendment does not have any loophole for "wealth". So if Warren wants a Wealth Tax, I think she needs a Constitutional Amendment.
But she acts like she'll just wave her magic wand and take what she wants.
Biden is out, Sanders is out. That only leave Lieawatha.
She is an unviable candidate. The communists are even in more trouble than they ever imagined. They’ll have no choice but to allow PIAPS to run....or convince “BIG MIKE” to do so.
Doesn’t matter, the communists are going down...and going down bigly.
Lobbyists will just establish dozens of shell corporations that will each spend $499,000.
This woman is such a rube.
Hmm. Squaw on heap big warpath. Maybe Squaw soon meet personal Wounded Knee.
What the country really needs is a Stolen Heritage tax on liars who lie about their ethnicity. Violators would get to choose between giving up everything they own or going to Leavenworth.
Notice how none of the democrats have any suggestions on how to fix the economy?
Trump took that issue off the table.
Here’s an idea. It should cost money to file a bill for consideration by the Congress.
We’d want to discourage vague laws...on the other hand, we want to discourage 2000+ page bills. So I’m not sure how to compute the rates just yet.
But you could look up who paid the fee (not just the sponsoring legislator) to get the bill introduced.
