In a statement Wednesday, the senators adviser Jeff Weaver said Sanders experienced some chest discomfort during a Tuesday event. Testing found a blockage in one artery, and Sanders had two stents inserted, Weaver said.

Thank goodness he needn’t seek treatment in a country with socialized medicine.

Bernie needs to get on the Trump diet. Lots of hot dogs, fries and greasy burgers.

So Biden and now Sanders have grave threats to their campaigns. Hillary lurks.Elizabeth Warren better start looking over her shoulder.

Why is he not waiting in a hallway in a hospital in Canada or England. If he loves socialized medicine so much he should ha e gone there or maybe Cuba. Freakin hypocrite.
Always wants to take my money, give me less, tell me how to live but oh boy when the rubber meets the road that jack off is first in line for the good treatment, the best doctors. I hope he has to have a colonoscopy and an ice water enema while hes there.

He received a couple of stents, and I wish him a speedy and uneventful recovery. My only two questions are: (1) Did he have the procedure done in Cuba or Venezuela — the bastions of modern communist health care?; and, (2) Why at his age wasn’t he triaged onto a death sentence waiting list?
To: Prolixus
Woo, ole Berns gonna use his really good government employee health insurance (read that as its NOT Obamacare, nor is it Medicare for all) and will probably need to have at least one stent (invented and made by some eeevil corporation - again NOT in Cuba nor his fav Commie Soviet/Russia) put in to save his life!
He definitely isnt qualified to get Veterans care, so whats he gonna do and more importantly, whats he gonna admit to doing to save his life?
If hed just listened to former Colorado Governor Lamm, who claimed no one should live to over 75, hed have ended it already.
Problem solved!

Would Bernie make it if he had his healthcare for all? <<
Too bad Bernie doesn't have Canadian or UK FREE health care...
at his age..he'd be waiting 3-6 months for an MRI and ECG...
I bet he'd spend “His OWN money” to rush to the US and have it done within hours...

If hed just listened to former Colorado Governor Lamm, who claimed no one should live to over 75, hed have ended it already. You have it mixed up a bit. Lamm said the elderly have a duty to die. Rahm Emanual's brother Ezekiel is the one that put an age to it..
