Remember when Sen. Chuck Schumer, in response to criticism President Trump leveled at the intelligence community, retorted with this?
“Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer told MSNBC’s host Rachel Maddow.
Turns out that's an understatement as the Federalist's Sean Davis has now uncovered in a truly outrageus report.
We already know that the intelligence community's inspector general (IGIC} mysteriouly changed its rules for anyone filing a whistleblower complaint, to not needing to have one's information firsthand just before the famed whistleblower filed his or her report sometime around August.
Now it comes to light that this same intelligence committee inspector general's office changed its rules after the whistleblower complaint was filed, not before. And they changed the rules to accommodate the embittered anti-Trump intelligence official, Davis reported.
A brief bullet point list gives some of the flavor of how badly this 'whistleblower' report has been planned and rigged:

The whistleblower stated on the form that he did have direct knowledge of some of the alleged acts and the IG agreed.
And then you said this...
He had direct knowledge. It doesnt matter what the form says.
That isn't an assertion, that's a declaration, and an unfounded one at that.
Youre not arguing in good faith.
And you say that of me?
Search for this..."direct knowledge of certain alleged conduct". Think about that.
Not "direct knowledge of certain conduct"...
"direct knowledge of certain alleged conduct".
It doesnt matter what I think.
The WB said he had direct knowledge of some of the acts (for some bizarre reason you have an issue when I say alleged acts).
The IG determined that his claim in that regard was credible. In the IGs judgment the WB had direct knowledge.
Given those two facts it doesnt matter what the forms said and there would have been no benefit to anyone to have changed them.
I agree. However, what you say is a different matter.
The WB said he had direct knowledge of some of the acts (for some bizarre reason you have an issue when I say alleged acts).
Sorry, alleged conduct is not the same as alleged acts. Or do you not realize that?
In the IGs judgment the WB had direct knowledge.
SO! Do you believe everything every government employee says.
I sure as hell don't.
Conduct manifests itself in acts.
SO! Do you believe everything every government employee says.
No, but weve already established that it doesnt matter what I think.
Or are you going to now pounce on the crucial difference between think and believe as if anyone would take it seriously.
No, but weve already established that it doesnt matter what I think.
What we BOTH individually think doesn't matter.
FACTS matter.
Can you discern facts from fiction?
Or are you going to now pounce on the crucial difference between think and believe as if anyone would take it seriously.
Mr. Smith thinks he is the father of his children. Only Mrs. Smith knows whether or not he is.
Who will you believe?
Every time I hear the rehearsed, pre-disclaimer words being spouted “...the rank and file are all [Honorable], etc.”.
It reminds me of the rehearsed, pre-disclaimer “...is the religion of peace”.
If it was so, they wouldn’t have to repeat it constantly trying to make us believe it.
PING!
Hello, my friend.
Have you seen this>? Put on your Sherlock Holmes hat
and follow the trail.
UNBELIEVABLE. The fools just begging for a nuke smack down.
That was my first question - why do those responsible still have jobs after this stunt?
