Former House Speaker Paul Ryan, who currently sits on the board of Fox Corp., is reportedly urging Fox News to “decisively break” with President Donald Trump, according to a Thursday Vanity Fair report documenting the network’s “management bedlam.”
Vanity Fair’s Gabe Sherman, citing four sources, reported that Fox Corp. CEO Lachlan Murdoch, who has long tried to move Fox News to the center, “is already thinking about how to position the network for a post-Trump future.”
Ryan, the longtime Trump antagonist, has reportedly been suggesting to Murdoch that “Fox should decisively break with the president” as Murdoch holds “strategy conversations with Fox executives and anchors about how Fox News should prepare for life after Trump.”
Vanity Fair cited “an executive who’s spoken with Ryan” who simply said: “Paul is embarrassed about Trump and now he has the power to do something about it.”

Ol’ Pence pals (Flake too out there, claiming 35 GOP Senators would vote for conviction if it were a secret ballot) pushing for yet another angle to get rid of Trump.
Then viewers would decisively break away from Fox. I bet certain key talent would move on as well.

I saw the Flake thing on FOX. Anonymous numbers mean nothing. Name the 35 to prove his claim or it is more fake news. Anyone can play that game. Ryan was and is corrupt. I believe Trump somehow forced him from office, and Ryan is seeking revenge.

I'm hoping he will be Creepy Joe's running mate. He would easily slip from being a "Republican" to being a dem.
Joe must love him since Ryan let him walk all over him in their 2012 debate and Ryan was happy to let him get away with it. Joe picking him for VP would be a nice way to show his thanks. If Joe's in jail, he could still continue his run for pres since he and his son have a lot of loot.
I fully well expect Fox to complete it’s metamorphosis by spring. Hannity, Carlson and Laura will be gone. At some point next spring or summer Twitter will officially ban Trump’s “hate speech”. The Chicoms are more tolerant of free speech than are the DS and democrats.
Ryan needs to get his reward for being a turncoat saboteur.
I can already tell Fox is NOT going to continue to support of Thrump. I saw it yesterday, Some anchors during daytime were combative with Republican speakers. Especially, that blonde woman on during the day etc.
