Joe “Plugs” Biden has made a career out of violating even the most basic of human niceties known to man. He would be considered to be a total disgrace to any self respecting organization that cared even a whit about character, integrity or honor. This is why he sits at the pinnacle of the democRAT Party. He’s their guy and this is a perfect match. They deserve each other.
