which means crossing over (from the Jordan)
Thanks for that first hand report. It doesn’t surprise me.
I think there is a lot of commonality between how Gaza is governed and the Leftists in our nation govern.
Look at the areas in the U. S. controlled by the Leftists.
There’s the English “trans”lation, trans being the “across” prefix: transport, transfer and so forth.
These fake ‘Palestinian’ trans-people need to be transported to somewhere far beyond, where they can’t cause any more trouble!
Regular civilizations build cities but what’s with the perpetual refugee camps. It’s like these guys were destined to be “trans”itory. :)
When I was in Israel in ‘97, the area around Jericho was the only safe place for non Muslims on Muslim land.
Israeli military told us to NEVER get off the road between Galilee and Jericho.
If the car breaks down, stay with it and we will come and get you.
In Jericho we were treated very well and had an excellent Bedouin lunch.
Hebron...only if I had a death wish.
Thanks Eleutheria5.
Please enlighten us.
Yeah, I know someone who visited there and saw the same thing. He blamed the squalor on Israeli oppression, not on the Palestinian government. There is no bridging the gap in worldview.
Too true. However, the Arabs could at least stop dumping their trash in the street and peeing everywhere in their neighborhoods.
you can even see it in Jerusalem. Look at the fantastic abundance and cleanliness of the Yehuda Market and then the Arab markets by the Damascus gate; like day and night.
Its very bizarre. I was actually in Jerusalem a few days ago and I decided to walk around the ramparts...you could smell the urine smell from the Arab section before you even got there. Arabs and Jews alike receive city services, so theres no excuse. The Christian Arab areas were fine, btw, and it seems to be the Muslim Arab areas that have a problem with sanitation.
all and all though a dynamic city. On sunday we saw around 10,000 Israeli soldiers all over the city buses walking wailing wall everywhere. They were eon love with their uniforms and weapons SOP.
