Not a catholic but I think this is one of the most profound statements regarding the radical two kingdom notion of evangelical Christianity. The LORD made us citizens of both kingdoms of this world (give unto Caesar, etc) and his Kingdom. Clearly the kingdom of God is primary but we are also tasked as members of the worldly kingdom to be involved in the betterment of our brothers and sisters. Good on the bishop.

And I for one have been paying attention since they started infiltrating the organized church in the 1980s - especially through music programs and church choirs.
