he question begs to be asked: Why is the person who came forward with a story about President Trump and a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky still being referred to as a whistleblower?
Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, Michael Atkinson, is a Trump appointee. Allegedly he found a reason to go forward with a complaint lodged against President Trump stemming from a conversation with Zelensky in July. The anonymous “whistleblower,” as it turns out, is not, in fact, a whistleblower. The complainant is essentially a gossipmonger. The person admits no direct knowledge of the conversation. Doesn’t that seem to be an important fact in this whole story?

“Whistleblower” is being used by the leftists...Not by conservatives...
Conservatives use the word “fake” instead....
Just to try to make it sound more serious and more damaging for Trump.
Since there is nothing real against him, they try to make non-issues sound like something.
That’s the swamp.
That’s easy. Because everything Donald Trump does as President is a crime. Therefore anyone who leaks information about anything he does is a whistleblower.
Anything he does is a crime by definition because the fact that he’s President is itself a crime.
He committed a serious crime by beating Hillary Clinton in 2016. That’s the original crime, and everything since that crime is itself a crime.
Fake gossip inspires fake news.
The president’s conversation with a foreign leader does not seem to fall under this whistleblower definition.
More like an insider spying on the president——maybe bugging the president’s phone hoping to get dirt on the president.

Good question. Whistleblowers have legal protection; leakers are in legal jeopardy.
Leakers usually go to the press. This person went to the IG.
For that matter, why are we still caling him or her a leaker, when in reality, he or she is just a liar?A Whistleblower?

Because leftists are good at framing a story to their advantage.
Whistleblowers, like US intelligence assets (spies), may be held anonymous to protect their identities. Isn’t that convenient?
