Without immunity, nobody will let their troops participate in peacekeeping missions. That may not be such a bad outcome.

Probably a dumb idea but a sort of US Foreign Legion made up of ex military US guys, who charge a handsome fee to do this kind of work, could make some guys some good money..

Perhaps it’s American citizens with relatives who died that are actually suing.
After the numerous rapes, murders, drunk driving deaths, etc on the part of UN personnel....THIS is the case that the SCOTUS will rule upon?!

Why should anyone have diplomatic immunity? If we choose to go into their country we are expected to obey their laws, just as they should when they are here, Why is there even such a thing as diplomatic immunity?
