Thanks, Kathy. My brother is going to install a Roku device and also put in a brand new antenna on my TV today. We'll see how things work out. The closest TV stations to us are 43 miles away.

Also he's got a new system from Simplisafe for the house he's installing.

We had a great visit to Chisolm Trail Park yesterday. We got to walk on the beach. Also Gizmo wanted to roam that forest area by the boat dock. I had him on the leash while we were in the forest so wouldn’t lose him.

Maybe, just maybe, we will start to be able to keep up as they pile more and more working folks that need to be paid on us with no more help.

Well why in the world would they do that when they can get the same amount of work out of y'all and save money? This is what I kept telling hubby when he would do the work of 5.

To properly cure, they said to allow 30 days.
I've put a few light things back in but the girls
and the rugs can't go back for 3 more weeks.
Which is about the time our new recliners will be delivered!
And I really must be firm with myself to shelve all
major remaining projects until next year!

Is Blue enjoying the fall?

Oh my goodness yes! I am putting more miles on her than I even did in Florida! Fall in New England was one of the FEW things I MISSED about MA.

Penny loves this weather too! You KNOW what THAT means!

Nope. Not a drop from Imelda. We did have a short shower late yesterday afternoon, but I don’t think it added much to our pathetic rain total for the year. I’d be happy if it’d just cool down to below 90 already. September is like July Jr. LOL!

I hope you get some rain soon...and not from a hurricane. Just nice soaking rain.
